Michael Baron PhD
President and CEO Michael is the President and CEO of Global Nuclear Associates. Michael Baron has started his 39th year of service in the nuclear energy industry after a rewarding career with Exelon Nuclear retiring as Technical Lead for Exelon Nuclear Partners. Michael is recognized worldwide as one of the leading authorities in advanced nuclear design, construction, and project and process optimization. Most notable Michael was the Lead Architect of Exelon’s Outage Template for Excellence and SMART Construction Process. Prior to his time in ENP Michael held positions in new plant/ business development, engineering, construction, research and development,

maintenance, project management and outage services. Further, he has been instrumental in the design and development of hundreds of structural, mechanical, robotic and advanced tooling components, holding multiple co-patents. Michael is best known for his aggressive approach to problem solving, and first of a kind innovative processes, tooling, structures and crossover technologies. Michael has had a storied carrier in nuclear energy, but is now being utilized in many other industries. As an advisor Michael has collaborated with governments, utility executives and acted as project manager in some of the most cutting edge mega projects all over the world. Working with academia his lectures are both dynamic and engaging. Michael holds multiple degrees and has been honored with 8 Nuclear Energy Institute Top Industry Performance Awards and the Da Vinci Award for Life Time Achievement. Michael is the Chairmen and US Representative to several international nuclear organizations technical groups.
Terri Baron
Chief Financial Officer Terri L. Baron is best-known for her abilities in finance and business, currently the Chief Financial Officer of Global Nuclear Associates. Terri's early business background included working in the bookkeeping departments of tool and die and fabrication companies. In the late 1970s she met a young progressive engineer that was involved several research and development projects. With her background in finance, she was able to direct and acquire the funding for several of these projects, her charismatic leadership and approach to promote innovation was the perfect dynamic that made many advanced tools become reality. Mrs. Baron, now with 38 years of

experience, also lent her talents to fund raising for Olympic sports, both at the junior and senior levels. Terri Baron has built a large network of associates in many businesses and continues to contribute to positive change in general industry. Her ability to envision the future and support others with extreme unwavering confidence, makes her invaluable to any operation, receiving high praise from peers and clients for critical contributions to the most complex projects. Keith Moser
Executive Vice President Technical and Innovation Services Keith Moser is currently Executive Vice President with Global Nuclear Associates and owner and CEO of Austin Roberts LLC. Keith has over 30 years experience designing, manufacturing, constructing and operating nuclear power plants. Retiring from Exelon Keith developed and managed the Innovation process at Exelon Nuclear. Since introducing the Innovation process in 2006, Exelon Nuclear has developed over 196 innovations with over $837 million in cost savings and a record number of Nuclear Energy Institute Top Industry Practice Awards. Eight of which

Keith received personally. Also Keith was awarded the American Nuclear Society Utility Leadership Award in August 2012. Prior to this assignment, Keith was the Exelon Nuclear Corporate Asset Manager for Reactors and Reactor Internals. In this role he developed programs, processes and techniques for inspection, evaluation, mitigation, repair/replacements for original and uprated operations. In 2005, Keith Moser was honored by the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) as the recipient of the Nuclear Excellence Award for his innovative approaches in resolving equipment degradation problems in Budapest Hungary. Before joining Exelon, Keith was the Chief Inspector for Chicago Bridge and Iron Company (CB&I) and responsible for quality for nuclear, military, petrochemical, water treatment and other fabricated product lines. While at CB&I Keith Moser held various other positions of responsibility in Design, Manufacturing and Construction of Nuclear Power Plants and Nuclear Navy components. This provided invaluable experience in understanding, developing and performing Asset Management for heavy equipment that include steam generators, reactor/internals, pressurizers and turbine generators. Kenneth Ferguson PhD
Vice President, Advanced Nuclear Technology Kenneth Ferguson has joined Global Nuclear Associates, his career spans over 4 decades of which he has been involved in innovations and advanced programs in the nuclear sector, supporting multiple areas and departments. After being employed in technical projects and the managerial sector of Westinghouse’s nuclear division for 25 years, Ken consulted for over 15 years and currently focuses on advanced nuclear projects for Global Nuclear Associates. Ken has been key to multiple business expansions and new technical initiatives including, new reactors, multiple nuclear services, and new fuel design development. Specific attentions have included integrated program management, safety evaluations, interactions with USNRC to secure timely review and approvals, strategic planning, business development, system engineering, organizational reviews, technology reviews and comparisons, project risk management, as well as, risk mitigation and recommendations. Ken's efforts have been applied to new reactors, both large and small, as well as operating fleets, manufacturing organizations, and the Center of Excellence SMR Training. Additional activities have included lead and participant on technology evaluation teams related to the benefits and the management challenges related to new reactor developments. Dr. Ferguson has also been involved in support of power and operations governance of the American Nuclear Society, including new technology related sessions and national conferences. He has multiple degrees in Nuclear Science and Engineering. Dr. Ferguson contributions and depth of experience is invaluable to the most complex projects.
Bob Boehme
